  It's a nice place to work out. The only bad thing is that it is a small gym, so if there are lot of people at the gym you may have to wait awhile for the equipment you want to use.

  Nice little gym with some average free weights going up to 65lbs per dumb bell. No Bench Press Bars, but 2 different all in one machines

  Just went in to look around and try a piece of equipment (water rower) they were very nice and accommodated my request to just try out some equipment as I am a little far from this gym. If I were closer I would join as they have classes that come with memberships and new equipment.

  Small studio with some spin bikes, balls, and bands. Just enough for a good work out away from home. Plus they have clean showers and bathrooms.

  Love this place! Amazing co ed facility with A LOT of classes! Their personal training is awesome and their instructors and staff are awesome! Great local gym!
