  Walked into the store on a rainy day to look at dvds to rent and within 15 seconds of being there instead of a "hello" from the bald sales clerk behind the desk, just a "you have to carry your dog, it's company policy". Um, thanks, I'm pretty sure I would have been probably your second customer all day and instead you kick me out or are looking for an argument. Sorry for interrupting the jays game you were watching. Not cool.
